+15 mhz?

Typically, you can get +~100 mhz easily out of stock cooling as long as you have good air flow in your case. I'm assuming you are software clocking it using rivatuner, or some nVidia tweak clock adjuster? Just make sure you monitor your temps and go up 10-20mhz at a time, test under load and see where you stand. If it locks up/freezes or crashes out, drop it down and try again. Remember, if you hose it up at a certain speed, success at a slightly lower speed is still close to your next crash. Hardware doesn't always overclock over the course of time compared to your initial overclock. Heat is often the culprit of weakening components.

I saw that you're currently OC'ing you AMD 5000+ aswell, the 9800Gt, predecessor to my 8800GT can do more, And I'm currently at 640,950 because of temperatures. What is your PSU because you mentions it, and besides that it sounds like a bad card unless your PSU is under specs. Spec PSU for a 9800 should be 500ish so I would check your PSU and look at that.

Also Ntune seems to me as rather convuluted, I would look at Rivatuner, or EVGA Precision, which I find to be the best, and simplest that gets it done.
