Question Xfx rx5700 corner of screen flickering problem

This is a video i took of my screen. I just bought this card and i have reinstalled all the graphic drivers as well. Its only the corner that does this.
Please help

How did you connect the monitor to it?

Check with a different cable and monitor or TV

Which other hardware is installed? motherboard, CPU, power supply

is the BIOS of the motherboard up to date?

It is connected through hdmi. I switched back to my old graphics, sapphire nitro rx470 and theres no flickering. I guess its faulty graphics?
