XFX TS 430w Coil Whine Problem ?

I ask that this PSU will be Good with This Specs

Ram : 6 GB DDR3
Motherboard : Gigabyte G41MT-S2PT
Graphics Card : Zotac GTX 750 TI OC
Hard Drive 1 : Western Digital 500 GB
Hard Drive 2 : Seagate 2 TB


that problem may be in the CPU it demands more watts than the PSU offer for the +3.3v and +5v the XFX provides 82W the old HEC i'm using provides 125W

and how about
Cooler Master Elite V2 500W
is it good ? or Cheap and Poor Quality PSU as i Heard

The Cooler Master Elite is shite. Stay with the XFX and it has enough wattage for your system. If you don't like the coil whine call XFX for a replacement.

Actually I Hadn't Buy It Yet
And My CPU Need 95w and the XFX Provide 82w so the coil whine came from here as i heard
