XFX's Prototype AIX Chassis to Ship in May

I am kind of digging this design and will consider one when it hits the market. Sort of an industrial flare to the design.

I actually really like the design. And if you look at the other pictures of this case around the net, it looks more brush metal white then beige. There are also some pictures of its internals around.

AIX is IBM's Unix OS for HPC and mainframe work.

So they make the case look like a miniature mainframe from the 80's and 90's.

Kind of like the W.H.O.P.P.ER from War Games.

As someone who still has his early 80s computers... This AIX looks very good. A lot of today's cases look like ugly black gamer boxes. For myself, clients and friends we buy $100+ cases that look more pro.

Hopefully this AIX hides the drives themselves.
