XG or Eagle Tech

HI, I just bought a XG Viper 2 case on sale. I am looking resale it to make a profit off of it. At the sight I bought it from said that is a XG case. On Newegg there is Eagle Tech and a XG version. I decided to look this up and found the XG website. Since I dont do much posting I do not know how to post a link. www.xgbox.com is the website for XG cases. It says that Eagle Tech and Sky Hawk are manufacturing and selling under the XG name. Please shed some light on my situation thank you>

Eagle Tech copies off XG. On XG's website, they say Eagle tech is illegally copyrighting and making their cases.
