Xlerator hand dryer + dust

Do you guys think I can use a hand dryer to clean the dust out of case fans/graphics card/cpu heatsink?

The bathroom in my suite (I live in a dorm) has an xclerator dryer, you know, the kind you might find in malls that blows air really forcefully. Will it possibly have static and damage my components?

Ghetto cleaning haha,
as long as you keep it at a good distance so the air isn't too forceful you will be fine,
