Question Xlr mic not working

So I have an Audio technica AT2020 And a neewer NW02-1A, The whole thing works the mixer picks up audio and outputs it when i plug it up to my phone when i plug it up to my pc i doesn't work, also when i plug it in it show up in the sound panel as usbaudio 2.0 in recording and the same in playback and shows up as UAC demov1.0 in devices.

Also the rca cable is usb C which may be a problem
