I just recently built a new PC which has an i9 9900k as well as an asus prime z390 a motherboard. I currently have all my BIOS settings at system default and there is no issue. I couldn't help to notice that I do have an option to use "AI Optimized overclocking" as well as XMP profiles which I can use. I am not very familiar with either of these things and am looking for some help and explanation. Should I be okay using these? Will it damage my components in the long run? Is there anything else I need to know before testing it out?
