Finally got around to turning XMP on for my PC and once I told it to save changes and reboot it didn't post and eventually got to a screen allowing me back into the BIOS to revert it back to "Auto" instead of XMP 1.

Any ideas what would cause this? Both RAM and Motherboard support XMP. It's Dominator RAM 64GB in total across 4 slots designed to run at 5600mhz and currently is only running (per task manager) at 4000mhz.

Can you pass on a link to the ram kit you're working with?

Perhaps you didn't know, but 4 sticks of ram on either AMD's AM5 platform of Intel's 12th Gen+ platforms are a no no, either stick to QVL if you want all 4 slots to be populated or with with 2 sticks of ram if you want to chase high frequency numbers.

Ah I was not aware - its operating at 4000mhz now so I don't really need to enable XMP if thats the issue.
