Hi everyone,
I have tried to find a similar thread, but with no luck.
So I have a Ryzen 7 2700x and 2x8gb 3000MHz ram. I have been running XMP on 3k MHz for a long time with no problems, worked perfectly fine. One day my PC started randomly beeping 3 times in a row, restarted 2 times and it worked good again. Went to check the task manager randomly and saw that my RAM is running at 2133. Booted up BIOS, enabled XMP again, same beeping problem. The BIOS have been updated now, but the problem persists.
It is so weird to me that my PC could handle the XMP to 3k MHz perfectly fine for over a year and a half now, but now is having problems with it.
Do you have any suggestions what the problem might be, how I could get my XMP back to run normally? If you would need any information, let me know!
Thanks in advance!
