XP and Multiple Users

I'm sure this question has been asked before but being a MacOS X user who bought XP for my computer at work, I hope someone can help me out.

At work I had a plain Jane computer on board video, sound 10gig HD, CD, that was it. With XP requiring registration/activation, I bought additional hardware to install, Radeon 64DDR, DV Wonder, upgraded RAM to 512mb (133), Creative Soundblaster Live, and an additional 15gb HD. I still am thinking of moving a DVD, or a CDRW that I have laying around before activating XP. Anyway here is my question:

At work everyone's password is the same, while my machine is the only machine with XP on it (I bought myself) being the "admin" there's a different password I want to lock out the additional 15gb drive, which will obviously contain my personal stuff, documents, photos (we have a nice Xerox X12 to print on), Quake and the like. While my "real work" will be on the boot drive. The only other user is Guest, this requires no password.

Is there a way to prevent other users from looking at your files such as guest?

BTW I really like the look and feel of XP, having used Windows 95 and 98SE for the past 5 years at my work, for the first time I like Windows. I plan on building my own PC over the next couple of months - possibly a dual Athlon and will have XP Pro on that machine.

first, im amazed that a place of business has everyone using the same password.....but thats another story. the easiest way to restrict user sccess to files is to format the drive with NTFS and then set file encryption of the folder or files you want protected. what this does is very effectively restrict access to the files from anyone except the user who encrypted them....

ignore everything i say
