I heard of this skittles theme for XP. Where can I get it?

I've looked around for a while, and this is the closest thing I've found. I have no idea if it will be helpful, but it's better than nothing.

This was supposed to be a theme included w/ WinXP- I remember someone w/ RC2 really liked it.
