XP w/Java enabled?

I have a legal copy of XP Pro (on a dual boot Dell), I have heard that SP 1 isn't quite the "fix" promised and have decided to wait awhile on the SP1 download - but I'd like to get the feature that enables Java to run on XP. Anyone know how to get this alone without the whole shabang?
