i get this error "your system ran in a problem and needs to restart" very frequently on my laptop sometimes twice a day

i have a dell g5 5587 laptop with 120gb ssd and 1tb harddisk and it is a year old

Any recent software and/or hardware changes?

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer:

What error messages are they capturing?

Start with Reliabilty History - much more user friendly and the timeline format can be very helpful.

How full is that 120 GB SSD?

Is the 120 GB SSD the boot drive?

I've already attached the crash dumpfiles
and 120gb ssd is the boot drive and is 25 gb free
