YouTube stuttering my computer randomly

Whenever I have YouTube in the background or when I am watching YouTube, it randomly stutters my whole PC. This all happened when I left my computer AFK for a whole day accidentally keeping twitch.tv open and playing. I had a similar problem before I factory reset my PC where YouTube videos didn't buffer very well at all. (YouTube HTML5 player)

Probably a limitation of the amount of memory you have. Try restarting your P.C. more often or upgrade the memory capacity.

I have 32 GB of DDR4 ram... I doubt that's an issue. Could there be anything else?

I have 64-bit Chrome, is it possible I can allocate more RAM to it or something?

It's buffering well, it just stutters when playing. I also have the latest Ethernet drivers.

I updated my GPU drivers. Fixed the problem for about 3-5 days! BUT!!!

It happens again now. What should I do?

One thing i found that reduces stutter is to change the power plan of your pc to performance. It means the cpu runs a little faster all the time but your rig can take it... looking at your pc, I can't believe it could stutter at all.

I believe it's some kind of driver issue. After I tried to watch YouTube today, it seems to not be stuttery at all. I wonder why it randomly "turns on and off"...
