Youtube videos uploading taking lot of time!!!

I have a gaming channel called The GVS gammer.I have a problem while uploading videos that is I cant uploading it because its everylarge file and if i convert it the clarity gets low and many wont like to watch it so pls help me guys!!!

In regards to uploading videos to YouTube, many don't upload the raw file. You generally render out the video to decrease it's file size dramatically. Also uploading videos to YouTube in a quick manner is all based on your upload speed. So if your upload speed is low then it'll take a long time.

How long is 'a lot of time', and for how long a clip?

Once there's nothing left uploading and no other devices using your internet connection, can you run a speedtest, hit the 'share this result' button, and post the results here?
