I have a z170a m3 gamin enthusiast mobo, and the i7 6700k skylake. I'm looking at the gskill trident 3200 ram. But the mobo says 3200(oc) just curious if this ram would plug in and work fine. Or if I would have to do some tweaking. I plan to use it as the only ram for my build and need it to work out of box. Thanks in advance!

You take a risk when you go for 3200MHz as your CPU officially supports DDR4-1866/2133MHz

They may or may not work (even if the MB supports higher frequency RAM) so better make sure you can return them if they don't.
If you know your Bios then you can manually key in Primary Timings and Voltage or see if your XMP profile works. There is no guarantee as it will depend on the IMC on your chip.

Check my specs WhiteSnuggie.
I have an i7 6700K, MSI Gaming M5, and Corsair Vengeance 3200 DDR4.
My motherboard is similar, and supports up to 2400 MHz DDR RAM, but up to 3600 MHz OC'ed
I enabled XMP in the BIOS and it jumped right to 3200. You should be able to do the same.
Also check to see if a BIOS update would be a good idea.
