Recently, when I put my PC to sleep and boot it up again nothing but the motherboard boots and it returns error E0. PC was working perfectly fine for a solid year and now the only way I can boot it up is if I power it down and turn it back on after getting the error. I dont want to go unplugging everything, maybe someone here know the answer.

Thank you.

Note: this is just a list of stuff you need to consider in relation to your issue.

  1. Try this first rare chance it could be your mouse or keyboard causing the issue option try different one's if you have them and see if the issue continues.
  2. Check your setting under Windows 10 are correct.
  3. Check you do not have software corruption going on (if you recently installed third party software i suggest uninstalling it to see if that fixes the issue)
  4. it could be a hardware issue with devices connected to the motherboard like DDR ram cards need reseating, to cable connected to hard drive, DVD etc need replacing.
  5. possible power issue with your power supply unit or the power point you have your computer cord plugged into.
  6. CMOS battery on the motherboard might need replacing.
  7. BIOS firmware has become corrupt
  8. Very worst case CPU or Motherboard is on way out.
