[SOLVED] Z390 Aorus Elite “Please select boot device” issue

I am building my first pc, and I’m having trouble booting up my system. I am having trouble with the boot menu. When I select my SSD it goes black for a second or two, and turns back to the “Please select boot device” menu. Please help. Also, if I’m missing anything from my specs please let me know, I probably just forgot to mention it or I’m legit missing a piece lol.

My specs are:

MB: Z390 Aorus Elite
CPU: Intel Core i5-9400F
Ram: 40GB
SSD: HP SSD EX950 1TB
Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 1650 Aero ITX

You'll need to buy a license for Windows 10 (Home should be fine). You can buy just a key which goes to your email and with a working PC use the Windows Media Creation Tool to set up a bootable flash drive installer from a spare/empty 8GB flash drive.

Boot with that stick plugged into the new PC and type in the key when prompted.
