Hello!

I have searched far and wide for a answer to my question/problem but to no avail, so now I am asking the question.

I recently clean wiped a quite new PC and reinstalled Windows 10 through the Media Creation Tool on a USB stick.

But when I try connecting to the internet, either through ethernet or WIFI it doesn’t show/work. I did some investigating and found out that somehow all my network adapters are missing (the “folder” is completely empty, see attached image) and when looking in the device manger, all of the devices under “Other Devices” seems to be missing drivers but there is zero info on what type of drivers is necessary (see attached image).
Once again just to clarify, I have a ethernet cable plugged in but nothing is showing up.

I have tried alot of different methods but nothing seems to work.

And to clarify, before reinstalling windows the wifi and the Ethernet connection worked.

Appreciate any tips!

You need to install the chipset drivers then the network drivers. These will be available on the motherboard manufacturer's website.
