Zotac 1070 TI and 1080 AMP PCBs

I have been doing some research and noticed that the 1080 and 1070ti amp PCB's are very similar if not the same. I have been trying to find a full coverage water block for either if they are the same. Any thoughts or help on this? It runs hot (76-78c when gaming) which i have read is quite normal, but i would like to see better.

why bother? waste money on that fluff if you havent skimped on any other hardware.
surely theres something to put $ towards in your system that you can get actual benefit from

Mainly is there a way to lower the thermals on this? I am going to get a new case soon cause i am passing hardware to my kids to build a computer with them. When i take the side panel off the temps lower quite a bit. I know airflow is an issue in this case (phanteks p400), but i was wondering if changing the TIM would make a difference.

To be honest, I don't really see what you're worrying about. Even at 80c, a GPU will work for years without damage.
