Zotac 1080 amp edition shroud removal

[im a beginner]

A few months ago I bought a used Zotac GTX 1080 Amp Edition Graphics card with one "defective fan". The fan was wobbly so I let it be until it began to make noises a few weeks ago. I bought replacement fans off amazon that were specifically made for my graphics card and whose dimensions were the same. How do I remove the fan shroud because the only screws visible hold the fans to the shroud (I need to unscrew the shroud from the heat sink). My graphics card is different than the "zotac 1070 ti fan replacement" video on youtube and from Zotac 1080 ti videos on youtube. Do I have disassemble the whole graphics card to find the screws I need to unscrew?

Thanks but I'm trying to replace my fans and I need to remove the plastic shroud from the heat sink. This doesn't show that and it's not what I need.
