ZOWIE FK1 - Scroll Issue/Question

Hello all,

I hope everyone's well!

I've eagerly waited for the FK1 and managed to get my hands on one today - however the scroll wheel is acting a little "weird" - please see below.

I can scroll down fine, no problems - but when i want to scroll up - i move one notch, nothing happens, I move one more notch and it scrolls fine... SAME for the reverse. This is causing me all kind's of issues in Counter Strike and is rather annoying when browsing.

In a nutshell - Scroll works but takes one notch to start working in both directions.

Little FYI - no drivers installed so can't be that (unless there is remnants of my previous Deathadder?).

Any suggestions?

Hey Cfour.

I found this thread because i was experiencing the same problem. I was a bit afraid that this was a general problem with the Zowie FK1, but i made an RMA case anyway, and i just got the replacement today. The new Zowie FK1 that i got does not have the same problem, the scroll wheel works like a charm now. Therefore i suggest you do the same and make an RMA case. Because i was not sure if the problem was for all FK1 mice, i wrote that i wanted them to make sure this was not the case, so that i did not recieve another FK1 with the same problem.

Yeah I had the same issue and returned it for a replacement, which worked fine. I guess it's just a QA issue with the new scroll wheel as I only saw people have this issue with the new FK1.
