hi, sorry for the late reply. No, detaching mic is completely separate from this issue. After buying this headphone 2 months back, I never used the mic. It's a detachable mic system and I never even bothered to try and plug it in. Nobody to talk to online via voice 🤷‍♂️

Not using any 3.5mm audio port. USBs is at the rear panel. Tightly attached. The same issue showed when I put it on a little loose USB port, also on a single tight usb port in the past. Right now, on the tighter usb port, no wiggle. The motherboard is MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC (if relevant).
