you might be able to get a huge overclock on that monitor because the pixelclock for 4k@60 is much high than 1440@60. however it is not guaranteed and might damage the panel. 144hz overclock is a little doubtfull if it's a 60hz panel.

if i remember correctly things like ai are calculated by the cpu. your amd 8350 can't keep up due to the weaker core performance and you get some fps drops.
