Add Intel Pentium G3258 + Gigabyte b85m and you can oc' your cpu upto 4.2 ghz with stock cooler which is same as stock i5 in most games but not in most cpu intensive . . so on budget side its best bang for the buck + postpone your gpu and save more money to get a better gpu like gtx 760 or r9...

As for GPU i have choices of GTX 760 or r9 280x both are same for price but didn't know which should i get as nvidia gpu's are power efficient which i really need as of i have only 600W of PSU from hp idk what amps etc it have so power efficient gpu's are the way for me ..
