They are normal compared to average temps. I'm using a EVGA 500W1 power supply. 1280x1024. I'm using Windows 10 OS version 1903. All other PC games run perfectly fine, it is just rust.

I couldn't just like take out the HDD, leave the SSD in and Windows will automatically install to the SSD.

HDD is a Toshiba 1TB 7200RPM super old. SSD is a Kingston A400 120GB. Couldn't I just re-install Windows normally by using the Wipe thing in Windows Settings?

My 120GB SSD I just ordered has just arrived at the door. I don't know how I would get the data off of my current hard drive to my SSD. My hard drive has 430GB free of space. I believe the only way to get data on my new SSD would be to completely re-install Windows? Since I don't have a Windows...

B350M Gaming PRO, around 200GB as I just wiped my whole system (200GB out of a 1TB HDD). And 250GB is the size of the SSD I’ll be getting. I posted link so you can see everything about it.

Thermal Margins were all equal values while under workload. They also remained with equal values while idle. Workload was clocked at 100% under workload. Idle was around 9% to 29%. I unfortunately do not have a spare SSD or HDD. Windows identifies my computer fine, it tells me I have an AMD FX 4130, which is what I have. It's just not using everything it's supposed to be using.

Unfortunately, I think my CPU is broken. I have this all set up perfectly like you said, and it still says 2 cores and 4 threads. Something must be wrong because before this all happened, it would say 4 cores, 4 logical processors in Task Manager.
