I would go with Nvidia, because the game is optimized for it and most games are now. You need at least 550w to run the 380 to be on the safe side. The GTX 960 is a very good Nvidia card for performance/value, and from experience, I have less problems with Nvidia than AMD.

The only thing that's bad here is the handwriting.

Most people are starting to get the 980 Ti so they won't have to upgrade for a while. But get what you'd like, I would sugest the 980 Ti or stick with the 970 then upgrade to a better GPU in time, the 970 will last a few years.

Either a bottleneck or insuffient ram.
