Built a gaming computer a few months ago, it consists of,
Cpu: Athlon 860k
Gpu: MSI 750 ti
Memory: 2x4 Crucial Ballistic Sport
Motherboard: Gigabyte F2A78M-D3H
PSU: EVGA 400w
Case: Rosewill Ranger-M
Storage: 1tb Seagate 7200 RPM
I'm worried my pc might be overheating sometimes, when I play CS:GO I can hear the fans running full speed to keep it cool. I live in a hot region so that might be a factor, the room is normally 70-80 degrees Fahrenheit. I applied Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Paste and bought two better case fans, it hasn't been as loud but I'm still worried because I'm not entirely sure if it's stable. My idle thermal margin temps on AMD Overdrive fluctuate from about 52-60 degrees Celsius. I want to be certain that my pc is safe from overheating, I don't really push or overclock it besides just gaming, CS:GO, H1Z1 are two I want to play but show signs of fans going full blast when I play them so I stopped playing them. I'm still using the stock CPU cooler if that is the case.

Solution

52C ~ 60C is considered cool.

You can change the fan settings at MSI Afterburner for the GPU and if your case fans and CPU fan are connected to the motherboard you can change the fan profile on the motherboard itself.

Stock cooler should be no problem with your build. Your entire build is very entry level and not much heat is generated.

Solution

You can decrease a tad bit at a time to make sure your temperatures doesn't skyrocket.
