hello, Windows Modules Installer Worker has been using up a lot of my disk from where i see in task manager. it always uses about 40% and all the way up to 81% . what is causing this ?? and what do i do to stop it?

People always say that I need to get a HDD instead of a ssd because it's more worth it. But if I place my OS onto the Hard drive and get ssd later, won't I have to purchase another copy of Windows ? Can you transfer the OS from HDD to a newly installed ssd?
