    Problem with amd phenom2 x 3 720 BE with activated 4th core

It's pretty obvious overclocking a core that was disabled is the reason your system is crashing. Go ahead and buy a new PSU and see if that fixes this but I think its the CPU. Not all X3 720s allow overclocking unlocked CPUs for large workloads.

    Use a 478 Heatsink/fan on 775 mobo?

Probably not. If the fan clip doesn't fit the mobo, then you'll have to buy another one or else you won't be able to hold it in place.

If AMD goes bankrupt will INTEL have monopoly?

Something just dawned on me, part of the blame needs to go to AMD fanboy's saying X2 5000+/6000+ have better price for their performance when they should already know buying it NOW AMD is selling it for a loss while buying it a year or 2 ago, they would have made some profit, but the...

GT200 only high-end for launch timeframe

Well its not like ATI does a "top to bottom launch" like how Henri Richards once stated the 2000 series was supposed to be. Now all we saw that time was a delayed 2900XT and a 2900XTX that sank at launch.
