Reinstalled the drivers (Realtek and Nahmic) and the realtek one is showing up in device management under Sound/Audio but there are no more shortcuts (like when I first downloaded the drivers. How can I find the programs to make the shortcuts? Did I reinstall them wrong?

To those who are less tech savvy: I did indeed have to go to the Motherboard's website, click on downloads, and download the LAN drivers (downloaded all the other drivers as well). Connected to the internet straight away! Kane and Rgd thank you for your help! :)
