I had to download some PC software to test some things earlier which all worked fine, I've scanned my pc and have found no virus or anything but when I opened Nvidia control panel and tried to set add program settings I can now see 100s of films. How do I fix this?

I was doing a benchmark on time spy to test my new build, I had a GPU score of 10800 which i'm happy with but a CPU score of 5600. I have looked at other benchmarks for the i7 8700k and they're significantly higher at about 8000. Any ideas as to why score is so much lower? Build...
