[SOLVED] RX 560 causes random system reboots ?

Apparently I got the GPU Wrong, It's an RX 560D with a Polaris 21 Processor. https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/xfx-rx-560d-single-fan-oc-2-gb.b4909 Interestingly enough, TechPowerUp states that this card has no PCI Power connectors, yet mine does.

[SOLVED] RX 560 causes random system reboots ?

I tested it in two PC's, One with a Xeon E5-1620 and another with an FX-6300, same results and event viewer couldn't collect anything so it was all Zero'd out.

[SOLVED] RX 560 causes random system reboots ?

(Reposted with more info this time) I recently found this GPU in storage, It was a dry location and I wanted to test if it would work or not. Booting up, everything ran fine until the drivers (WQHL) were installed and it randomly shuts the system off. All components in my PC are confirmed...

Question RX 560 Causes random system reboots. (Event 41)

I've tried just about all I could potentially do to get this GPU to work with no luck. BIOS Flashing had no avail Inspected the board with no components having any sort of damage or deterioration. Lowering clocks has no effect on whether it will crash or not. Tested in two different PC's with...

Question RX 560 2GB keeps causing my PC to restart.

Added them to the post, however I doubt either of those are part of the issue since I had a different GPU installed and there weren't any issues then.

Question RX 560 2GB keeps causing my PC to restart.

I didn't touch this card after something that spooked me a bit back, but to shorten it, Steam VR Benchmark causes GPU to go absolutely ham on the video feed. Anyway, I put this in my PC again to see if anything had changed, the card worked fine up until I threw it into the 3DMark Fire Strike...

[SOLVED] Will a PCIe Gen 4.0 Graphics Card work in a PCIe Gen 3.0 Slot?

"Poor Raytracing Performance" Well, not like i was going to mess with Raytracing anyways, although 128 bit interface kinda puts me off just a teensy bit. So will PCIe 4.0 x8 = PCIe 3.0 x4?

[SOLVED] Will a PCIe Gen 4.0 Graphics Card work in a PCIe Gen 3.0 Slot?

I want to upgrade my current GPU (Being a GTX 760 OEM Card) To something a bit newer and within my budget like a RX 6600 XT, The unfortunate thing is, my Motherboard and CPU are both only PCIe Gen 3.0 Compatible. I know that plugging in a 4.0 Device will have some downsides such as slower speeds...

[SOLVED] Are Dual 6-Pin to 8-Pin Cables Safe?

I Should note that the blurred text above the plug is titled as "POWER_VGA2", an 8-Pin Male to 8-Pin male plug should work just fine if it was able to run a 8-Pin male to x2 6-Pin Males. Sorry if i misunderstood your message.

[SOLVED] Are Dual 6-Pin to 8-Pin Cables Safe?

So I just made a discovery while having a look in my PC. The PSU is 685W The Dual 6-Pin connectors were actually plugged into an 8-Pin Socket a small board where the PSU was connected, Meaning i can put in an 8-Pin GPU. I Probably should have done this before actually making this forum. View...

[SOLVED] RX 560 Best driver Version?

So recently i pulled this GPU out of one of my older machines since i wanted to do an upgrade, From what i've heard multiple variations of the drivers for this GPU don't seem to be doing it much good, from what i've heard, this is an issue on AMD's end but i'm unsure. I want to know which driver...
