i'm talking about oem licenses, im sure the majority of windows 10 owners have activated his windows with an oem license and the most never had problems if microsoft finds out that my windows is activated with an oem license, i hope only lose those 1,50$

a friend of mine has a ryzen 3 1200 and want to know if he will able to run wow shadowlands, because it requieres a least a i5 3450 or fx 8300, which are very old procs and we dont have idea how powerful they are compared to the ryzen 3 1200 is 1200 worse or better?
