    EDIT: i was able to force downgrade the bios and i am back to normal Framerates. :)

    max CPU Temp was at 68c the highest. max GPU temp was 61c everything seems to be fine there. and CPUID says no thermal throttling for the GPU or CPU. and the 707 bios version is for h110 motherboards for skylake. i have a kaby lake and my motherboard is an m32cd4-k. i really need this solved...
