    Will GTA 5 support 144hz??

Confirmed as of today GTA V has 50/59/60/85/100/120 and 144hz, I'm running it on a Sapphire R290 Tri-X OC fabulously @ 1080p with at least a solid 60FPS, haven't tried another hz rating yet, hope that helps :D

Monitor Black when connected to graphics card but graphics card is on

Have you changed the default setting in your BIOS to switch from integrated to PCI? You may need to go into your BIOS to change this so your PC knows to use the PCI slot instead of the integrated graphics.

Need suggestion on getting a New Graphics Card

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202143&cm_re=R290-_-14-202-143-_-Product This is probably the best R290 you will get and 4GB of VRAM is 4GB of VRAM lol. This card is a beast, I currently have one and have never seen it go above 70C at a mere 55% fan speed on all games.

VRM, VCORE cooling - Is it even worthwhile or effective? (Downdraft/Tower/Case or Internal Fans)

Well I have been tempted to modify a small fridge and put my PC in that in summer to cool it LOL.

    Water cooling a gpu

The G10 is compatible with that card, check the website, it fits 90% or more of cards that have came out in last few years :D since your only stating one GPU that you are going to get you could have CPU rad on top of case and GPU rad as rear exhaust then smash some intakes on front and...

With temps like those I would not replace your anything with anything else lol.

R9 290 Upgrade with AIO water cooling or RAIJINTEK Morpheus

Try the G10 bracket from NZXT, it seems to fit most modern GPU's. Use that with a decent single rad AIO and you will be sweet. I also have an R290 but it's a sapphire one, I am going to get that bracket and get an AIO for it :D

    i7 5930K cpu cooling

After having got my NZXT Kraken x61 I would definitely recommend it, also since money seems to be no issue with you. The radiator is also 27mm thick with the sweet fans being 25mm thick for a total of 52mm. Although it is 140 x 280mm it might not fit your case etc etc. If it does I would get...

Looking for a good airflow cooling setup

If your looking for best of the best Noctua has what you need. The NF-F series are for high static pressure for radiators and the like while the NF-S series are designed to be case fans to move alot of air.

    What cooling do I buy??

Since you weren't skimping on parts you should have got the NZXT Kraken x61 lol way more sexy and probably cools better aswel.

    Water cooling a gpu

http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/138-kraken-g10-gpu-bracket.html This seems to be rather standard for GPU cooling. Grab this if it's compatible and slap on a single rad AIO. Those gigantic custom water cooling things are overkill for GPU's imo lol.

Would this case provide enough cooling?

The Corsair one is bigger I think therefore better for cooling mass components, both will be good but I think the Corsair would probably be slightly better with more space.
