I'm repurposing an old Dell XPS 420 into an HTPC and thought the ASRock Intel Arc A380 Low Profile 6GB would make a good graphics card for 4K video playback. Once the card was installed, though, the PC wouldn't even try to boot up so I'm guessing it's just too old and limited for Intel Arc A380...
