Resetting a BIOS or CMOS password can be a bit technical, if you are unfamiliar with computer hardware I would recommend googling it and reading through a few tutorials before attempting anything, here's something I found http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000235.htm

What type of system do you have? is it a custom built or did you order if from a manufacturer like Dell or HP?

typically you need to go to the manufacturer site and get the file then place it on a usb stick boot into bios and there is typically an update utility, i think they call it M-flash. This really sounds like a boot order problem to me so I would try the disconnecting all other drives thing first...

Also try disconnecting your other drives and make sure the SSD is connected to SATA port 0. then try to reboot. You can also reset your BIOS to default settings and try rebooting

No you don't need to go into your BIOS every time it just needs to boot\post. since windows 10 is rather new updating your bios a good first step.

looks like that board has a few video output ports available, if your monitor supports it and you have some of the proper cables around try those. Also do you get a post beep of any kind?

If you can get into bios, try flashing a new bios version. you will have to download the update from another machine though if you cant get into windows.

Take the new graphics card out first and make sure the monitor is plugged into the onboard. and of course make sure your computer is off when you do this

i think i need a bit more information. what kind of MOBO do you have? what video connections does it have onboard? you said you were connecting it directly to the TV? Have you made any hardware changes or moved around any components?

its possible but usually its the pins that get damaged and when you lose a pin you just start loosing colors but it couldn't hurt to try a new cable.
