Was hopeing to keep the side fans as intakes, as the Corsair LL120 fans rgb lights are single sided and will only pull air in, what if I put another piece of timber in so rather then aiming at my crotch it gets pushed down to the floor?

Buy exhaust duct do you mean about having an air vent in the cable zone and having the psu exhaust into it? Also I will be using 120mm fans

Yes, all sides will be sealed , except for cable entry’s and fans, I can put air vents in where ever needed , will it help if I turn the psu around so it emits the hot air into the cable zone and put an air vent in there?

Sorry, I thought I had replied, I will have 6 total intakes, 3 either side of desk and then 3 exhaust fans on the front of the desk

Desk is about 1600x 700 mm knee slot is about 250 deep. Desk will be up against a wall so decided against having exhaust fans there
