I can assure you it is not a wattage problem. Maybe a defect GPU. I would just not overclock tbh the 390 is already a very good card there is no reason to overclock so little for little performance gain.

I would first >Control Panel>Unistall>Check if you have any NVIDIA software>if so unistall them if you dont >USE DDU to unistall drivers and then reinstall drivers 15.7 amd msg me back to tell me what happens please :D

How is the noise, temperatures and MOST IMPORTANTLY IS THERE NOTICEABLE COIL WHINE? I am refunding my asus 970 due to coil whine. It just got way too frustrating.
