I turned my newly built PC on and the CPU cooler fan spins, the case fans spins and the GPU fans spin for about 5 seconds then stops. any ideas? I dont get anything on my monitor as well...

I made my newly built PC, but when I turn it on the CPU fans spin, and the motherboard lights up and the GPU fans spin for ONLY 5 seconds but the CASE fans wont spin at all. Also when I plug something by USB like an external dvd drive, it works. But I cant see anything on my monitor still...
