Pc wont turn on

I made my newly built PC, but when I turn it on the CPU fans spin, and the motherboard lights up and the GPU fans spin for ONLY 5 seconds but the CASE fans wont spin at all. Also when I plug something by USB like an external dvd drive, it works. But I cant see anything on my monitor still? Anyone know the problem?

Double check that you have BOTH the power supply connectors onto the motherboard.

I have 2 cables in the PSU, one goes to the SSD and HDD into the Motherboard. The other cable does nothing because there is nowhere for it to go. Also in my S340 case, I get 2 fans with it, and one of those fans has nowhere to connect to, and apparently its a molex cable? Anyway, I cant plug it into anyway

Your PSU has more than 2 cables. http://www.corsair.com/en/cx-series-cx600m-modular-atx-power-supply-600-watt-80-plus-bronze-certified-modular-psu

It has an ATX (24pin) connector and an EPS (4+4) connector. Both these need to be plugged into the motherboard.

Thats the thing, it cannot go anywhere on the motherboard or a cable from the PSU I just dont know. It does not fit anywhere.

Look at your motherboard manual. It'll show you where the connectors go.
