    Low-midrange cards with freesync monitor

With freesync on, the game will look a lot smoother in the 30-60fps range, since the monitor will update everytime the gpu renders each frame.

How to prove that an ssd hasn't been used?

Yes, you can check the power-on time and power-on count with simple software, like speccy. though im not 100% sure about total data written to it.

Any Suggestions to improve my PC?

Your mobo is fine, though a newer Z series board would overclock better, but it wouldnt really be worth it. a SSD would be the single best upgrade, but other than that, I would just save up for a new build.

memory + hdd + cpu stress

yeah, it may be because the ram itself is fine, but the cpu doesnt like it when they are both stressed. Ive had a very similar issue i solved by turning the ram down from 2133 to 1866.

    HIS Graphic Cards.

They are typically cheaper, and thus lower quality, and if you can, id get a more reputable brand like msi, asus, sapphire, gigabyte, or xfx.

memory + hdd + cpu stress

try lowing the ram speed anyways, either to 1600, 1333, or even 1066 just to confirm it isnt the issue.
