Sub $100 Low End Gaming PC Build

GT 720 only eats up 19 watts, and from:http://www.dell.com/us/dfb/p/optiplex-755/pd , it looks like you'll have enough room to install it. My recommendation is that you save up a bit more cash and get yourself a budget $200-250 rig.

Gaming PC - Good for it's price?

It's okay, but certainly not good. The GTX-960 is a mid tier card so don't expect to get 60 fps on more graphically intensive titles, I'd recommend an R9 380/ R9 390, or on the nvidia side a GTX 970. The RAM is quite fast and you'll be fine on that front for a while. The CPU isn't too shabby...

    r9 280x Question

I tried using a 600w power supply to feed my R9 280x Dual X, and it wasn't enough to keep it stable. I upgraded to a 750w and now have no issues with the card. Mind you mine is a factory overclock, so it might be more hungry.

    No display, no USB

I removed one RAM chip that wasn't being registered by my mobo, now my PC boots up with all the fans for the case, gpu, and CPU working, along with their LED's, the LED's on the mobo work as well, but I get no display or USB function. System: MSI 970 motherboard FX-8350 R9 280x EVGA 750w...
