Guess I got a bad silicon lottery. With those settings, I was getting 85c while gaming. I have pbo on limits disabled and -14 for the co getting max 75c

Do you have any temp issues? Cpu temps are alittle high, board temps are good

I want more performance but also keep temps low. With these settings now I get 85c while gaming which seems to high for me. I also got popup of cpu overheating.

I have PBOon advanced with curve optimizer at -20. My PPT at 120, TDC at 75, EDC at 110. I am fairly new at using PBO not sure what I should do. My specs are: MSI B550 Tomahawk Arctic Liquid Freezer 360 AIO RAM overclocked to 3733 14-14-14-26

These sticks were in a previous system over I took them out and put them in the new build. The cpu pins are not bent. I am just going to get a cpu refund and put a 5700x non 3d in the new mobo when it arrives. As for the system i took apart the stick only worked in a1/a2 only.

Did do a bios update and no luck. I am using 2x16gb sticks

I do have to return it before a certain time since i have a statement to pay with that cpu on it. My patience is thin now from the last time i build my pc and taken it apart twice.

At this point I am ready to return the x3d back and get my money back and just use the non 3d chip. Troubleshooting has been dreadful when this issue is only for 5000 x3d chips

I returned the first X3d and new mobo replacement comes tomorrow have not tested yet/

This is the second 5700x3d ive had and both had the same issue. I might just use my 5700x non 3d and oc it.

The pc does not boot with any ram stick in B1 and B2

Built a pc with a 5700x3d b550 tomahawk and 3600cl14 ram. It only posted with ram in slots A1 and A2. I have tried all slots alone and no B channel boots. I did update the bios and saw no bent pins. Since building it i have taken it apart and returned the mobo and got a new one. Did see a post...

Cpu pins are not bent. This cpu was a replacement of one that did have bent pins. I am returning the mobo this week and getting a new one.

After more testing, the pc only post when ram slot A both a1 and a2 work. When I put a ram stick in at B slot the cpu debug light comes on.
