No u dont need a graphics card for intel cpus, they have igpus

Also pick a 970 that has vents on the back so that hot air can exit the case. The gigabyte card doesnt have vents on the back. If it doesnt exhaust properly, the air will just circulate in the case. this becomes even more important since u have 2 cards running.

not much much better. They are differently used. The PS4 is optimized for its task while PCs need little more resource. But yes, they do perform better than the PS4 in almost all titles.

I personally would go with the ASUS strix, its cooling is great and it looks great, and performs well too. My advice is to get the Asus 970
