Need PSU upgrade

Hi. Currently I hve a 450W psu but I'm looking to buy a 7950 so I hve to upgrade psu. Im looking at the corsair vs550 and the gigabyte greenmax plus 650w 80+ bronze. Which of the 2 would a) be the best psu and b) run my system

The rest of my system
intel i5 3470 3.2ghz
4gb corsair vengeance
1tb wd green

U see im in south Africa. So in my budget the two listed psus are the ones I'm deciding between.

OK fine then go with the vs550. But beware of danger. The psu uses low quality caps and can only go up to 500w.
