Ok to test I put the game on my 3440x1440 120hz monitor and my cpu was around 65 to 83%, never once over 83%. Max settings same as the 1920x1080p 240hz. So does this look normal to you all? Thanks

Hi, If you are using a USB remove the usb as it restarts, this will fix the loop. If a DVD, remove the disc before the restart and then the loop ends. I have never had the issue with disc, only usb install.
