    You wont regret buying the FX 6300 over Athlon 250. Its way faster and will deliver better gaming, or editing etc. Plus if you go with a dual core Athlon recent games will just run on the edge and you'll need an upgrade sooner.

    You can go for a Extreme 3 mobo, cheaper case, 550W psu...further if you want to cut costs go for a black drive insted of a blue+SSD.

    Yes get the 6300 and the asrock 990fx. you'll be spending a bit more but atleast you wont regret. Also just change that ram to a kingston hyperX.

    Its a CPU heatsink problem mostly. It could be a mini case issue only if air vents are small, first try the cpu second install some case fans

    i5 3450 overall, only consider 8320 if your going to do a lot of video editing rendering etc.

    Go with either Gigabyte for better reliablity or MSI for better overclock/overvolt
